The Noodle Salad

How to Make a Delicious Noodle Salad

Noodle salads are a quick and easy lunch for busy people. The noodles are perfectly cooked and hold up well in a cold salad. This dish can be made in advance and taken to a potluck or picnic. The dressing can be used over a variety of vegetables. This recipe is very adaptable and can be made ahead of time. However, it is best to prepare the salad the day before. You can also add a few extra vegetables to your salad if you don't like the taste of raw veggies.

For a gluten-free noodle salad, use rice noodles. Rice noodles should be thick and not be too thin. To avoid any problems with oil separation, buy Dragonfly brand noodles. The other brands are Asian Best Brand, Viet Way, and Bun Lai-Thieu. To prepare the noodle salad, boil the noodle in water for about 6 minutes. Once cooked, drain the water and let the noodles cool.

Rice noodles can be bought or homemade. To make the dressing, simply stir it in a bowl and shake it vigorously for 2 minutes until the ingredients are thoroughly combined. After this, you can chill the mixture for up to two hours before serving. To add extra flavor to your noodle salad, you can add edamame or fried wonton strips. You can use any type of noodle you like.

If you're going for a gluten-free noodle salad, use tamari sauce. For the dressing, add a little apple cider vinegar. You can also use tamari sauce for a vegetarian or vegan noodle salad. To make the noodle salad more delicious, try substituting a rice noodle dressing with apple cider vinegar. Just be sure to use natural peanut butter, as natural peanut butter will separate the oil.
